Return Policy

This Return Policy describes your rights to withdraw from a distance contract and to return products when you buy from Kholvexxex ("we", "us", "our") via https://kholvexxex.ddd. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have mandatory withdrawal and return rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and national law (e.g. Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).

2. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer and have entered into a distance contract with us (e.g. ordered via the Site), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Returning the goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

We recommend that you return the goods in their original packaging (or equivalent), suitably protected, and that you use a trackable delivery method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise or your local law provides otherwise. If we have offered to bear the cost of return and you use our suggested method, we will not charge you the cost of return.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases under applicable law, including (where relevant):

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain sealed supplement bottles once opened). In such cases, you only lose the right of withdrawal if we have informed you of this before purchase.
• Goods that are clearly personalised or made to your specifications.
• Perishable goods.

If an exception applies, we will inform you before or at the time of order. Otherwise, the 14-day withdrawal right applies as described above.

5. Defective goods and warranty

If the goods you received are defective or not as described, your statutory rights (e.g. under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act or the Consumer Rights Directive) apply. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission of the contract. Please contact us as soon as you discover a defect. We may ask you to provide photos or a short description and, where appropriate, to return the product for inspection. We will process your claim in accordance with applicable law and will bear the cost of return if the goods are confirmed defective.

6. Refund method and timing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or, where we have agreed to wait for the goods, within 14 days of receiving them or evidence of return). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit your account.

8. Consumers outside the EU/EEA

If you are not a consumer in the EU/EEA, different rules may apply. We may still offer a voluntary return or refund policy; please contact us to agree on the terms. Nothing in this policy restricts any mandatory rights you have under your local law.
